Hi,
Is there any connection between these two issues.
In outlook 2003 I have a user who has access to another mailbox. She wanted
it put in her "All mail folders" section which is on the left side of
outlook. I did that by right clicking on her mailbox under "All mail Folders"
and then going to "Properties for "Mailbox-her name"". Clicking on "Advanced"
and then clicking on the "Advanced" tab. And click on "Add" and type in the
name of the mailbox I want. This adds this mailbox to the "All Mail Folders".
Seems like after I do this she will get some messages from the added mailbox
that will not include a message. She has confirmed that there should be a
message in the email sent. Any ideas . Thanks

I don't think it's related - unless it never happens when the mailbox isn't
open in her profile. Does she have antivirus scanning email on her desktop?

Disable the desktop scanning of the email - it should only be done server
side - and see if it fixes it. We do see quite a few reports about blank
messages caused by the desktop scanners.
