message box about scripts

When I click from one web page to another, a message box
pops up that says Scripts are usually safe. Do you want to
allow scripts to run? Until I click yes or no, the page
will stop loading.

You can disable script checking. Go to Tools > Options > Advanced. Check
"Disable script debugging" and uncheck "Display a notification about every
script error".

In Internet Options> Security> Internet Zone> Custom, you'll have to enable
Scripting if you don't want the dialog box. This is not much of a security
issue.
