message at start up

every time I start up computer I get this 2
messages:C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT.This file is not suitable for
running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows Applications, and the another one
say:Monitor:can't find agent "bitwareNT.Agent"class "WCNt agent", my computer
still run ok but this worries me, any idea how to fix this, please help
