message after XP startup

after the desk top is displayed the following message
window always appears:" \\.\DRI_KBFiltr The system cannot
find the file specified. "
After clicking OK the window disappears and everything
appears normal. Should I be concerned. Could I just load
the file? Where can I get it and where do I copy it to?
