Every time I check my email,after it gets through receiving,I get this
message.Does anyone know what this problem means and how to fix it?Any help
will be appreciated.

According to this

connection was dropped. So the big question is, are you using Outlook
Express or Microsoft Outlook? If Microsoft Outlook, we are seeing lots of
reports of dropped connections for Microsoft Outlook that have broadband
connections. Couple of questions...

1) Are you running Windows XP SP2?

2) Do you have any type of internet security product installed that scans
e-mail? (e.g. Norton, Trend, Panda, ZoneAlarm, .etc)

Answers to your questions.I am running Microfoft Outlook I believe(99%
sure).I do not have the SP2 installed,but it is Windows XP Pro.I also have
Norton that scans my email.It is my computer at work and mine is the only one
that seems to be doing this.I do get all my emails,but this is annoying
me.Thanks for your help.

Turn off the Norton scanning of your email, or see
