Merging calendars

I have two outlook profiles but I only wish to run one calendar. Is this
possible? How do I do it? Any help much appreciated.
 
Any particular reason you're using two profiles? That info might help in
devising a solution
 
I have two businesses and have set up two different email addresses, one for
each. In order to ensure that each business sends out emails from the
correct address I have set up two profiles. However, I really only need one
calendar.
 
Are they POP mail accounts? Also, which version of Outlook are you using?

Yes they are POP mail accounts. I'm using Outlook 2003. Hope this helps
 
You can use one profile with two email accounts in it and they will send
replies from the right account if you're using OL2003.

How do I do this?
 
Simply add the account in the Tools menu > E-mail accounts > Add a new
account
