Merged Labels Will Only Print Page That Is On Screen

Wayne

I'm merging labels into Word from a Microsoft Access query and the
merged document refuses to print labels that are not shown on the
screen i.e. only the first page will print unless I scroll through the
labels to bring new labels on to the screen.

Any help in resolving this is appreciated.

Have you actually completed the merge (Merge to New Document or Merge to
Printer)?

Thanks for your reply Suzanne. I wasn't aware that I had to merge to
a new document. I thought I could just print from the merged document.
When I merge to a new document the problem is fixed.

Thanks again.

It does not have to be to a new document, but you must execute the merge to
some destination and that could be to the printer.

Thanks Doug. Graham has given an excellent explanation of mail merge
on his website.
