Merge-Multi-Info on one letter

I have an Excel spread sheet that has up to three rows of information for one
person that I would like to have merged on one letter for that one person.
Each row has the person's name. Is there some way to say if the name is the
same put the rest of the info on the same letter. If the name is different
make a new letter?

I've tried to follow the instructions several times, but can't get it to
work. I'll have to rearrange the spreadsheet.

Did you note that the document type has to be Directory/Catalog for this to
work?
