I modify registery from 400 to zero close all good till
close and restart windows and value goes back to 400. Why?
is it restore or maybe powertoy tweak ui. Thanks for any
help you can give me.

Very problematic issue for many users. No common glue has been found as of
yet as to why this happens for some and not others. Good luck and keep us
posted.

I have same driver but it did NOT work.
Changing in Reg didnt either

I have a macro controller that brings up Tweak, moves
slider, and close Tweak. That must run at each restart.
Works good.

Post back for details like cost, URLs,...

Simple enough to do with a .reg or .vbs file, Larry. No cost involved. It
has been on my Tweaks page for over a year now.

'Changing in Reg didnt either' meant with .reg file-
need reboot to take effect but then its reset.

Didnt try vbs- if it needs to reboot to take effect
I'd have same Catch22. I learned alot re Registry files
which I use a bit now cause I dual-boot XP & I need to
synch OE Rules.

Thanks for the tip tho- Larry

|Neither one needs a reboot, just a refresh.

Only REFRESH I find is under VIEW, which did not make
it take effect on my PC. I see 0 then 400 in Reg too.
Is there another REFRESH ?

Thanks Kelly
