Changing the menu speed

On my Windowx Xp Home system, the menu speed is just too fast, when I click
start, programs and then move my mouse up the list of available programs it
instantly displays the contents of the folders that have sub folders. I have
checked the MenuShowDelay in the registry and it was set to 0 (zero) I reset
it back to 400 (The default) but regardless of what I put there, the speed
is always fast for the menu show delay. How can I change this or fix this
annoying problem?

If you have TweakUI, one of the Powertoys for Windows XP: Open TweakUI,
select: Mouse, use the sliding bar to make menu speeds faster or slower. If
you
don't have TweakUI for Windows XP, you can download it at:
