menu bars disappeared

My menu and tool bars have vanished in internet explorer
windows. I have tried the reinstallation of SP1 from
microsoft which did not help. Wonder if anyone knows how
to get them back. Thanks

Reset the toolbar setting from Registry using this fix:

[Close all browser windows and apply the .REG script]

Deletes the following registry key; Resets Toolbar, Addressbar positions to
defaults. Restores hidden/missing bars:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar
