Address bar vanished

HI. my address bar has vanished and my toolbar menu is
saying it's still there. can anyone help me get it back.

Unlock the Toolbar and drag the handle of the Address-bar [if the arrow is visible]. Or, reset the Addressbar position using the fix:

Toolbar / Menu bar / Address bars missing or misplaced
