menu bar missing

One of my workers has Outlook XP. There is no menu bar. When I look in the
customize dialog box the menu bar check box is checked. I can't seem to find
anything in the KB. Any ideas? Thanks Fay
 
search for outcmd.dat and delete it and open outlook backup and see what
happens.
