blank menu bars

In the toolbar section of Customize, I have multiple menu
bars checked yielding multiple "blank" bars on the new e-
mail window. Outlook will not let me reset or uncheck the
menu bars. Anyone have this experience?
 
Ron,
try the following:

Start - run and type the following: outlook /cleanviews
OR
search and find views.dat

This will remove all custom created views of toolbars you have created
