Memory dumping

I have a client who's computer continously goes to blue
screen and provides a memory dump notification. I have
formated and reinstalled everything and can't seem to fix
the problem. Any ideas

Have you looked at the hardware. Bad RAM or excessive heat could cause this
problem. Is there anything in the event viewer? If not, that could be
another indicator that you're looking at a hardware issue.
