memory dump when printing from outlook express

Hi, I am having trouble printing in XP from outlook
express, to a Konica 7033. On occasion I will get a
memory dump, page fault in non page area error.

Any ideas?

As with the other response, my first guess would be the printer driver. The
only BSOD I ever had in three years of Windows 2000 (on two machines) was
caused by printer drivers after I was tinkering around with services.

Even though everything "appeared" to be working in Device Manager, I
downloaded and installed the latest drivers for my printer and had no more
trouble after that.
