Memory dump message

I have Windows XP Home edition on my PC. when I start my PC, it gives the
following error after a while the machine has started.
svchost error "The instruction at "0x745f2780 reference memory at
"0x00000000". The memory could not be "read"".

When I click OK the machine hangs.

Here's your fix...you'll need to contact microsoft to get the patch...
