Memory Access Violation

Guest

Today, I received an email advising me to upgrade by IE. I did. Since then
I get 2 Memory Access Vilations when I log on to my computer. They both
begin Memory Access Violation in module Kernal 32 at
(first)1528:66827361 and
(second one) 1991:38779821

What do I do? They seem to be effecting an old DOS program on my computer
that I use for my gas station business.

Many thanks. Any help most appreciated.

I see Ramesh has given you the fix - be aware, though, that Microsoft NEVER
sends emails regarding updates or fixes. If you get any more of these check
them out with Microsoft first. This is a sneaky way of spreading a virus.

Actually, you can subscribe to a security bulletin, but it never has an
attachment.

Yeah, you're quite right. But I still would check it out first before
iniating any action on it.
