Memory Access Violation

I need help! When turning on my computer, I receive this
message......memory access violation in module kernal 32
at 5134:98198631 (these numbers are different every time)
Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Thank you!

Did you recently get an E-mail message, purportedly from
Microsoft, and installed the attachment it included? If so, it
wasn't from Microsoft (Microsoft never sends out patches by
E-mail) and you installed a virus.

Yup, that was the Swen virus....and it's a beastie to
remove...
