Memorex USB FlashDrive U3 does not work with Vista

The security software loaded in the flash drive cannot be open in
Vista. Until I got a software update, all the files in the vault
folder are invisible.

Bummer.

My SanDisk Cruzer 4gb stick had U3 software on it...I went to

http://www.u3.com/support/default.aspx#CQ3

and used their remove function and reformatted the stick as fat32 and all
worked fine after that for me...

Yes. You will have to wait for a compatibilty update. I stopped
waiting and removed U3 off of mine. Then I went to portableapps.com got
what I needed and loaded TrueCrypt along with it. That allows me to
encrypt what I don't want people to see.
