Meetings/Appointments Show Up Twice

Hi everyone,

In Outlook 2007, when meetings/appointments are booked for one of our users
it shows up twice in their calendar. This doesn't happen every time, but at
least 50% of the time.

Any ideas what might cause this and how to remedy the situation?

Were you able to figure out the solution for this problem? We're having the
same issue and can't figure it out.
