Disappearing Outlook 2007 appointments

Our company migrated to Office 2007 a few months back and a few of the
secretaries have reported occasional missing Outlook appointments. Yesterday
I discovered that a recurring appointment was missing. It still showed as
accepted on the meeting organizer's side, but it was nowhere to be found on
my boss's calendar. I checked my sent items folder and of course did not
find a declined appointment. I checked deleted items and did not find the
appointment anywhere. I've checked the internet and I see that a few people
have also had this problem and it has been suggested that synching with a
Blackberry could be to blame. Would anyone please give me more information
on this? We would like to know what is happening and how to fix it.

I have been experiencing the same problem for the last few weeks and have
been frustrated trying to find a solution. My boss has a Blackberry-like
devide and I've wondered if that is the culprit. I've inquired of several
other secretaries at our organization and some have had the same problem,
others have not. Now I'll see if those not experiencing the problem have
Outlook 2007 or 2003. It may be that those whose Outlook hasn't been
upgraded are the ones not experiencing the problem. I'm glad to hear someone
else is having the same problem (so that I know I'm not going crazy). I wish
though that I had a solution.
