Meeting times moved on their own!

A couple of meetingsI have set out about 6 months ago to all users in my
environment have moved forward 1 hour. I have checked under Options and the
time zone is correct and Adjust for Daylight Savings has been checked. Any
idea why this appointment and another recurring appointment could change?
We're running Windows XP SP2 with Outlook XP SP3.

Perhaps when the meeting was added, the DST setting was incorrect.
