meeting times are scheduled wrong in calendar

helping someone and when he sends meetings and accept them, they are added to
his calendar one hour too early. And when he sends meetings he will ask for
one time and it gets put in other's calendars an hour later than the meeting
should have been.

Is his time zone set the same as everyone else's here: Tools menu > Options

adjust for daylight savongs time was un checked. checking it corrected the
problem.
