meeting resources with Exchange 5.5/Outlook 2000

Hi-

I'm curious how you set up resources with outlook 2000 and
exchange 5.5 for things like meeting requests. We have
some conference rooms and training rooms and need to have
them show up in the calendar with the Free/Busy when they
are added or removed from a request.
What is the best way to set this up?
