Meeting Requests

I am running Outlook 2003 - when i send my co-worker a meeting request, it
doesnt show up as "accept, decline, ect" how do i fix this? What is wrong
with her computer? Will it do this the same if she sends me one?
 
What version of Outlook is your co-worker using? Is Exchange your mail server?
