Meeting requests are appearing in wrong calendar

Mike

I am getting all my meeting requests in my personal folders calendar instead
of the standard calendar. I used to get them in the standard calendar and
now they appear there. None of these meeting will give a notice of
appointment. If I copy them to the standard calendar and a meeting is
cancelled by the meeting organizier the deletion will fail. How do I have
just one calendar. Outlook 2003 sp3

Hi Mike,

what is the different between your "personal folders calendar" and your
"standard calendar"?

Do you work with an Exchange Server Mailbox as "personal folders calendar"
and a local PST file as "standard calendar"?

Mike

the standard calendar is the Exchange Server
the personal folders calendar is on my hard drive (a .pst type folder)

all meeting requests used to go to the standard calendar. Not sure why
things changed.

Hi Mike,
the standard calendar is the Exchange Server
the personal folders calendar is on my hard drive (a .pst type folder)

Please check the "delivery folder"

"Specify where new messages are delivered"
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HP010257441033.aspx?pid=CH062556091033

To get the meeting request into the "Xchange" (Standard caklendar), the
Exchange: Mailbox must be the delivery folder.

Maybe it helps.
