Meeting Request

Good Afternoon, I have a user that has left the company. She had access to
one of my other users mailbox. Her mailbox has been removed off the system
and only the account is still active. When sending a meeting request I get a
Undelivered email message back from the person who left the company. Now I
checked all email options, removed her permissions from his mailbox, calendar
.... everywhere she had access has been removed. I did a cleanfreebusy ono the
outlook but still when anyone sends a meeting request the undeliverable
message comes back. PLEASE HELP

The most likely explanation is that the departed employee was not removed as a delegate on someone's mailbox before you removed her mailbox. Did you check Tools | Options | Delegates while you were logged into the affected user's mailbox? You may need to use the free Microsoft Exchange Server MAPI Editor (MFCMAPI) tool from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=55FDFFD7-1878-4637-9808-1E21ABB3AE37 to remove the delegate rule. Instructions are in the .doc file that comes with the download
