Meeting Request Response Errors

Others within my company recieve meeting reponses to invitations I've sent to
outside attendees. How do I correct this? Do I need to change my settings,
my co-workers or both and how?
 
If you go to Tools->Option->Delegates, are the other people in your company
listed there?
