Meeting request appearing on delegate's calendar

I have a user who has her manager's calendar displayed in
her folder list.

She selects his calendar and sends a meeting request to
several people (she is not one of the invitees). The
meeting request shows up on her manager's calendar, but
also shows up on her calendar as tentative.

What is causing this? She recently upgraded to Outlook
XP and didn't have this problem before in 98.

I have a user with the same issue. Has anyone contacted
you on this? If so would you be so kind as to forward the
