Meeting Notifications showing on BlackBerry but not on Desktop

I have a user that gets his meeting request on his BlackBerry but not in
Outlook on his desktop. I have made sure under Options in Outlook that
he is set to receive these message but he still does not. Today we blew
away his profile, recreated a new profile, and he still is not receiving
the notifications through his desktop.

Any ideas?

What are the settings on the Blackberry? Have you consulted the BB user
manual?

The BlackBerry settings appear to all be correct as do the Outlook
settings. I have the user set up to mirror mine but he does not receive
notifications on his desktop and I do. It's confusing.
