Meeting appears twice in the calendar after accepting

One user in my company is having this problem:
When someone invited her to a meeting, it appears in her
calendar. When she opens the invite email, but before
accepting the meeitng, the appointment doubles in her
calendar. She now has two of the same appointments on the
same day at the same time in her calendar.
She can accept the meeting just fine and only one of the
appointments goes from tenative to accepted.
This happens when ever anyone in the company invited her
to a meeting.

Any ideas about what is causing this?

Nope and she has no delegates.
