Mediaplayer Problem

Hi All,

Can anyone explain why Media Player 9 has just recently started requesting
License Acquisition for all downloaded files?

Its a mystery.

Please try the WMP News Group:

You probably got a recent Critical Update for WMP.
That may have changed your setting.

If you do not wish to acquire licenses automatically:
On the Tools menu, click Options.
On the Privacy tab, clear the Acquire licenses automatically for protected
content check box.
