Hello!

Win XP, Athlon 64, 1 gig memory.

Problem:
Trying to upgrade MediaPlayer 9 to 11. Does not work.
Have a:


WMPLAYER.EXE - unable to locate component.

This application has failed to start because dbghelp.dll was not found.
Re-installing application may fix this problem.


Re-instal does not fix.

MediaPlayer 9 not working anymore. How to get to work ANY Player?


And another one(I don't now it's related or not). During mashine boot,
message: SAVEDUMP.EXE
