Windows XP media player

Hello i need help please, why is it every time i play a video or music video on my media player ,the mouth and music are not in sync about a second behind i know it not sound a lot but it is very annoying , any ideas please, thank you Poundy

its more than likely to do with you not having enough RAM, what are your system specs and OS ?

that should be more than adequate to play back video or music, what video are we talking about and what media player are you using?

ahh good old youtube, whats your internet connection speed? it could be you cant download the data fast enough

with the music is that mp3's or CD's?
