How do I get Windows Media Player to be on the drop down menu on the insert

I have Frontpage 2003 on my computer running Windows XP and when I click
the "Insert" tab on the very bottom under Hyperlink is "Windows Media Player"
and the Media player is inserted nicely on a page wherever my cursor is.
On my second computer running Vista I reinstalled FP, but now this option
is not on the drop down menu.
Are you saying I used a third party program at one time to get this feature?
