I have a burnt DVD that I wanted to take scenes from to make a music video.
How do I get those clips into "Windows Movie Maker" so that I can do some
editing?

You need a DVD ripping program (Google search for "DVD Ripping") If you have
Nero then the Nero Encoder should do the trick.
