media player won't start up (again)

ok, first you r going to remove windows media player. to
do that goto your control panel, goto add/remove programs,
on the left side click add/remove windows compoents, scoll
down to the end and uncheck Windows media player. after u
do that reboot your system.

after that go here -

ult.asp - and download Windows Media Player 9 Series. its
the first link (Windows Media Player 9 Series (for Windows
XP)) let that download and then run though the install
