Media Player library editing

Does anyone know what program a person can use to view
and edit the Winows Media Player 9 library file, other
than in media player.

The WMP library is a DLL file and can only be opened by WMP to add or delete.
You can edit by using WordPad, but you'll get a lot of "gobble-de-gook" or what
is know in the PC World as "WYSIWYG" - What You See Is What You Ge

go to WMPlugins.com and search for media library. i know there are tools
to export the library (to excel i believe, for instance). i don't know if
you can re-import the edits, however.
