Hi just got vista home premium and have quite a few films i have downloaded
on a seperate external hard drive.
When i try and play these files they play as audio files only. Am i doing
something wrong or is there an easy solution.
Thanks in advance for any ideas.

You don't have the codec for the video in Vista yet. What type of files are
they?

Try installing the Divx codec package. I am using version 6.2.

Do a custom install and deselect everything except the codecs.

Works a treat thank you.
