In Windows Media Player 11

Whenever I Go To Tools > Options, It Always Brings Up The Burning Option Tab
Only, Also In The Media Center, Whenever I Try To Play Music Or Videos It
Always Says "Error, Files Needed To Display Video(Or Play Music) Are Not
Installed Or Not Working Correctly. Please Restart Windows Media Player Or
Restart The Computer." And I Tried To Restart The Computer And The Same Thing
Happens.

I Have Windows Vista Home Premium 32
