have tried all that you have suggested nothing works i cant even get player
10 it keeps giving me a message saying that its not compatible with my
version of windows whats going on i just want to burn my music on my plater
 
sorry ment player lol, have sent email to microsoft i hope they can help
 
Don't bet the house on it! It looks like you'll need to edit the Registry
and delete all entries relating to WMP11 and older versions. If you do
not know how to edit, recommend you leave it alone. The wrong deletion
could be a disaster.
Start>Run>type REGEDIT and press OK.
