hi, I recently bought a Fuze mp3 player, which requires WMP11 to run.
I hadn't used this product much, and figured my copy was out of date,
since the player would not connect. reinstall crashed, so I
uninstalled and tried a clean install. no luck. it seems it first
fails trying to migrate DRM settings, then the player itself crashes
when it starts up. is there any remedy know for this problem? I have
the install log if that helps, though I would need to remove some ID
information I noticed. perhaps the content of event viewer would
provide some insight as well?
