Media Center TV tuner support

The ATI TV Wonder Elite seems to be working here. :-) I don't know
about all the other ones. Go to their websites and see if they have
Vista driver.
 
I have a working tuner, I was wondering if Media Center supports more than
one device simultaneously

My TV-card has twin digital tuners, and if I remember correctly, up to four
tuners are supported in Vista's Media Centre. Whether you can add these
different tuners one separate cards would depend on the cards' drivers if
they are the same brand/model.
