Media Bar Missing in IE6

My Media bar is missing in IE6. This is the option that
lets videos play in your browser on the left bottom
corner and then you can undock it.

I downloaded WMP 10 and I suspect that maybe that had
something to do with changing it. My "Internet Options"
"Media" settings do not even include the line that
says "Don't play video in browser" so I can not uncheck
it.

I am lost. I can not every use the "System Restore"
feature for some reason because it will not restore to
any previous day. Just says its unable to and to pick
another day. No days work.
