Me to 2000 Question

when i upgrade to 2000 from ME, i found there was 2 update at my add/remove
list. i think there are ME update . but when i remove them , a dialog said
"invalid INF flies"
so, how to remove them? the update are "IE Q891781" and "microsoft data
access components KB870669"

Win2000 was issued first, WinME came later. There is therefore
no ***upgrade*** path from WinME to Win2000 - if anything
it would be a backgrade path.

Many people have tried regardless. Some have succeeded,
most stumble over weird and wonderful errors. If you want
a solid and robust installation of Win2000, do a new
installation!
