MCCWSA Window on shutting down

Ive just formatted my disc and reset up the system , this stupid box keeps coming up when i shut down (MCCWSA Window) I tracked it down to Bt broadband desktop help which ive now deleted.
Doesnt it get you P----off that a company like Bt still cant get it right!!!!!
