McAFee Virus Block

'Start>'Help and Support'>McAfee blocks 'help and support with message
"Suspicious script, etc"
Tried Allow or Go but does not work. No help on McAFee web site. Same result
on three HP computers all running XP 1&2.
 
Disabling it is kind of like a *band-aid* fix. You are not getting to the
root of the problem.
