McAfee Uninstaller messed up Windows

I recently installed McAfee Uninstaller. Now "Word" and Microsoft "Works"
has shut down instructing me to install the CD. I tried to remove
"Uninstaller" and my "Add/Remove Software" is also corrupted. Tried to
restart windows with last known good configuration and there are no previous
choices. Is it back to Dell for my LapTop?
 
Tried reinstalling the MacAfee product?
Checked MacAfee site for help/FAQ's

Back to Dell?
If neccessary use Dell recovery disks - Ensure data is backed up
