Maximum Size Of .PST In Latest Outlook Version...

Assuming the latest version of Outlook, please could someone confirm
for me if I am correct in thinking that the maximum size of the .pst
file is 2GB?

Also, is there / are there 'tools' available which will compact a .pst
after mails have been deleted?

Incorrect, thats the size for Outlook 2002 and older format pst, which you
may still be using even if you upgraded an earlier edition to OL2003 / 2007
You can compact within Properties of the pst
